Shipping policy

Free Shipping

  • No minimum purchase or promotion codes required.
  • Standard Shipping: Most orders will arrive within 4-10 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Overseas Shipments: Some items may be shipped from our overseas warehouse, which could add an additional 2 business days to the shipping time.Note: While we cover the cost of shipping ($15-$30 per order), if an exchange or refund occurs, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to most countries, including:

  • America, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Japan.

For other countries not listed, feel free to contact us at support@theigt.com, and our customer service team will assist you.

Changing Delivery Method

If you need to change the delivery method after placing your order, please contact us at support@theigt.com immediately. If your parcel has already been handed over to our courier, a $20-$30 surcharge may apply for re-routing.

Order Status & Tracking

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an initial confirmation email.
  • After shipment, you will receive a second email with tracking details and your estimated delivery date.
  • If you don’t receive these emails, please contact us at support@theigt.com for assistance.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains custom-made products or is overweight, it may be shipped in multiple packages to expedite delivery. This helps to reduce waiting time.

Express Shipping Delays

If you have selected Express Shipping (4-6 business days) and haven’t received your order within the expected time frame, please note that the shipping time includes both processing and shipping time. For made-to-order products, processing time can take up to 3-4 weeks.

The $25 express fee covers faster shipping via DHL or FedEx and does not include processing time.

Delivery Times

For U.S. Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days (Free)
  • Express Shipping: 4-6 business days ($25 USD)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable.

For International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping (For UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan): 10-20 business days (Free)
  • Express Shipping: 6-8 business days ($25 USD)
  • Other International Orders: We ship via DHL Express for a flat rate of $30. Please email us at support@theigt.com to inquire if shipping is available to your country.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customs Duties: The price of our products does not include customs duties. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, excise duties, or customs fees applied by their country’s government.
  • These fees are generally paid directly to the postal service or customs office upon delivery.

In the event of a return, the customer is also responsible for any return shipping fees and additional charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes responsibility for filing claims with the shipping carrier.

If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Depending on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
