Purchase Process

1. Initial Quote

Tell customer service which metal you want to use (silver, 10k, 14k, 18k，Platinum) and the diamond size and grade. Customer service will provide you with an initial quote.

2. Design and 3D Model

We will provide you with design and display model images and inform you of the exact weight to give a final quote.

3. Diamond Selection

Customer service will send you a video of the diamond you selected for your confirmation.

4. Production

Production usually takes about 15 days (counted after production is confirmed). Some special styles may take longer.

5. Shipping

Customer service will send a video for your confirmation. Once confirmed, the order will be shipped (tax-free), and delivery usually takes 6-8 days.
